Donna Wild Foss, Chairman Emeritus
Didi began her career during World War II as a department head for the Public Housing Authority. Donna ("didi") and Joe were married in 1967, and in 1992 Joe and didi wrote and published an autobiography of Joe's life, A Proud American, now in its third printing.

Chief Executive Officer of Kingston Companies. Through Kingston & Associates Marketing LLC, Kingston is one of the largest distributors and marketers of produce products.

Spencer Brand, is the Founder and President of The Endowment for Community Leadership, a non-profit organization committed to ethnic Christian leadership in the major metropolitan areas of the United States. Spencer worked in the early 1970's as the Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary for the U.S. Department of the Interior. He joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ in 1976 and has served as Director of Here's Life Washington and Associate National Director for Here's Life America.

James Harvey Click, Jr. is co-owner of the Tucson-based Tuttle Click Automotive Group. Jim received a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma University in 1966 then joined the family business of auto sales. By age 27, he was the youngest automotive dealer in the country. Jim Click’s successes go far beyond auto dealerships; he also led Arizona Bank to be the largest independent bank in Arizona. Mr. Click is an avid supporter of the charitable industry he currently serves on several Board of Directors and volunteers for many other organizations.
Renee V. Giltner, is a board member and Treasurer of Goldwater Institute for Public Policy Research. Prior to her experience in the banking industry she was a senior accountant for Deloitte Haskins and Sells. Renee received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University. She is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accounts.
H. Dean Hall, has been in the sales profession since 1968 following graduation from Northern Arizona University. He is currently the Senior Field Representative for The National Rifle Association, working with volunteers throughout the state of Arizona managing the various fund-raising campaigns for The NRA Foundation.

K. Michael Ingram, graduated from New Mexico State University in 1966 and later became president of Sunwest, Inc., one of the nations largest wholesale distribution companies with twelve branch offices in eight states. In 1986, Mr. Ingram co-founded El Dorado Holdings, Inc., one of the largest owners of developable land in Arizona. He is a member of local and national boards. In addition, Mike is actively involved in his church, both locally and nationally.
Norman McClelland, has extensive experience in civic and business related activities since graduating from University of Arizona in 1949. Mr. McClelland has served and currently serves on several business and community boards, both local and national. His business related activities include being a member and President of the Young President's Organization and a member of Chief Executives Organization. He has served as the President of Shamrock Farms Company since 1965, as President of Shamrock Foods Company from 1967 to 1992, and Chairman since 1993. Mr. McClelland received an Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree from the University of Arizona in 1991.
David Roberts, David joined the JOE FOSS Institute in July 2006 following a successful career in the consumer products industry. David's business career included 20 years with Newell Rubbermaid Corporation, a Fortune 250 consumer products company, where after assignments in finance, marketing, and sales he became a division president. In addition to his business career, David also served our country as a US Marine aviator from 1971 to 1977, then in the Army National Guard and Reserves where he commanded a series of aviation units before retiring from military service in 1996. David joined The JOE FOSS Institute with a commitment to continue to serve our country by building an organization that will realize the vision established by General Joe Foss.

Robert Turpin, Captain USNR Retired is currently the President of Desert Star Capital Corporation and Turpin Investment Services. Captain Turpin served in the United States Navy for 6 years and in the Naval Reserve for over 30 years. He has led many Investment and Trust organizations to success throughout his civilian career. Captain Turpin is an active member of several veteran organizations and has served on dozens of Board of Directors, in for-profit and non-profit industries. |
